I had a vacuum head similar but the old slipped over the end of the hose and was held by a rubber neck piece. I wasn't sure the hard neck on the dust deal was going to attach. I prefer how the dust deal attaches and the hard material and screw attachment may last longer

If you have a problem with a product you have bought with us, please contact us first. We will process your request and try to find a solution for your problem. If the problem cannot be fixed by means of our help desk support, we will generate an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) for you. We advise you to return your product in a firm (bubble) envelope. Please make sure that the RMA number is visible both on the outside of the envelope and is written on a paper inside the envelope. By means of your RMA number we are able to identify the product as it arrives to us. If inspection concludes that the returned product is defective, a new product will be shipped out at no extra charge.
Please note: we cannot process returned products if you have not yet received an RMA number.
